About the Rail Systems Center

The Rail Systems Center, which provided engineering consulting services to the rail transportation and electric power industries, is in the process of closing operations. Our main offering was the Train Operations Model (TOM), a software product that enables simulation of rail-based transportation systems both electrified and non-electrified.

Version 3.9.6 of the Train Operations Model is the present version and is no longer available for license.

All of the software used to develop the TOM is now for sale on a non-exclusive basis. The price is very reasonable.
